1. Purpose of the Artist Bank

The Artist Bank is a directory connecting experienced artists with institutes and individuals seeking skill training and vocational learning.

2. Nature of Engagements

• All workshop engagements are initiated through direct contact between the artist and the institute or individual.
• MBS does not assign, manage, or supervise workshops.

3. Quotation & Scope of Work

• Artists must clearly communicate:
  • Fees
  • Material costs (per participant)
  • Travel, accommodation, food, and commute expenses (if applicable)
  • Scope, timelines, and responsibilities must be agreed upon independently.

4. Execution & Payments

• Artists and institutes are responsible for executing the workshop professionally and ethically.
• All payments are settled directly between the parties.
• MBS does not guarantee payment or participation.

5. Professional Conduct

• Artists are expected to maintain respectful, inclusive, and ethical conduct during all interactions and workshops.
• Any misuse of the Artist Bank for unsolicited promotions or illegal purposes may result in removal and legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Made By Special is not responsible for:

• Workshop outcomes
• Payment disputes
• Travel or logistical arrangements
• Any contractual disagreements
• All responsibility lies with the participating parties.
