Step 2: Shortlist & Reach Out
Once you find products that align with your requirements, contact the institute or artist directly using the contact details mentioned in the catalog.
When reaching out, we recommend sharing:
- Reference to Made By Special
- Product references from the catalog
- Quantity required
- Size, colour, style, or customisation details
- Delivery location
- Expected timeline
Clear communication helps the institute understand your needs accurately.
Step 3: Discuss & Receive a Quote
The institute or artist will review your requirements and share a quote based on:

Step 4: Confirm & Pay Directly
Once you agree on the terms, payment is made directly to the institute or artist as per their payment process. Made By Special is not involved in collecting or processing payments.
Step 5: Production & Shipping
The institute or artist will create and ship the products as agreed. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise discussed.
