Made By Special is a catalog and connecting platform only. We do not sell products, collect payments, manage shipping, or intervene in transactions.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All pricing is decided directly between the buyer and the seller (institute or artist).
• Payments must be made directly to the seller as per their payment terms.
• Made By Special does not process or hold payments at any stage.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
• The seller is responsible for:
  • Packaging
  • Dispatch
  • Choosing the courier
• The seller must provide a valid shipping receipt or tracking details once the product is dispatched.

4. Packaging, Quality & Damage

• Packaging quality, product condition, and workmanship are the sole responsibility of the seller.
• Any damage during transit, manufacturing defects, or quality concerns must be addressed directly with the seller.
• Made By Special is not liable for damages, delays, or losses.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Policies related to returns, refunds, or exchanges are determined independently by the seller.
• Buyers must clarify these terms with the seller before confirming the order.
• Made By Special does not mediate or enforce refund or return requests.

6. Custom & Bulk Orders

• Custom-made or bulk orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
• Buyers are advised to approve samples, references, or specifications before production begins.
