- Travel, accommodation, and food (if applicable)
- Artists will respond with a quote including:
- Fees
- Mateirial Cost per head
- Travel accomodation and food expense, if applicable.
- All discussions related to scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and execution of the workshop must be handled independently between you and the trainer artist.

- When an institute, organisation, or independent artist wishes to learn from you, they will reach out to you directly using your social media handles or shared contact details.
- They will typically share:
- Reference to Made By Special
- Purpose and agenda of the workshop
- Location
- Language Preferences
- Number of participating vocational teachers or learners
- Format (online or offline)
- Expected arrangements or reimbursements for accomodation, food, travel, if applicable.
- Based on the shared requirements, you are expected to respond with a clear quote that includes:
- Your professional fees
- Material cost per participant
- Travel, accommodation, and food expenses (if applicable)
- All discussions related to scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and execution of the workshop must be handled independently between the institute or artist and the trainer artist.
